May 2013 Favorites

I can't believe it's going to be June tomorrow!  Where has the year gone?  Admittedly, Summer isn't my favorite time of year (Fall is with Winter coming in a close second) but the thunderstorms we've been experiencing here in Northern Italy (I'm not Italian but my family and I live her because of my husband's career) are getting really old.  Suffice it to say, but I'm ready for Summer to come!!!  Anyhow, here are my May favorites and while I don't think there are many, I do think that there's a good bit of variety.

Freeman Charcoal and Black Sugar Facial Polishing Mask- an excellent scrub and mask that leaves my skin exfoliated but not dried out.  It also has a very pleasant smell; sweet but not cloying.
Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream- an all purpose cream oil that is great for moisturizing and soothing the skin anywhere on my body, including my face.
Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange Body Butter- I received this in my IPSY/MyGlam bag a few months back and I absolutely love it.  The smell is so refreshing; a nice, rich citrus!
Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Light/Medium- this has been mu go to BB cream since last Summer, in fact this is my third tube.  I have had it in Medium when I had a tan and twice in Light/Medium.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Radiant Light- incredible highlighter and finishing powder; gives a very delicate, soft-focused finish.
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed- the first and only blush that I've ever hit pan on; this color is a beautiful neutral that I've found to be perfect for any look.
Mally Beauty Volumizing Mascara in Black- one of my most favorite mascaras ever for volumizing and lengthening my sparse lashes.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Beware (from the Theodora palette)- the perfect crease and transition color for my skin tone.
ELF High Definition Under Eye Setting Powder- a great powder to set my under eye concealer; only very minimal creasing on occasion.
Essie Nail Polish in Sugar Daddy- a very clean and sweet pastel pink, perfect for a quick but chic manicure.
Essence Studio Nails Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer Fast Dry- this top coat has surpassed my HG which was Seche Vite.  This top coat truly does give a gel like finish and in my own experience, it has even added a gel like strength to my normally flimsy nails.
NYX Stick Blush in Tea Rose- a cream blush that is a medium deep, neutral pink; perfect for a quick flush of color no matter the look.
