I would love to have the time and energy to glam up
on an everyday basis but alas, it’s not always possible. I think that one of the most valuable kits to have in your
makeup arsenal is a quick makeup kit comprised of a few go to products that are fast and easy to apply while
still making you look polished and chic.
Here is my go to look for a quick, made up face:
List of products from left to right (not in order of application):
Stila Convertible Color in Peony- a nice, nude-ish pop of color for my cheeks
Maybelline Deam Fresh BB Cream in Light/Medium- to even out my face
L'oreal Colour Riche Wet Shine Stain in Pink Resistance- a light, neutral pink stain gloss than can be built up for more opacityMaybelline Fit Me concealer in 20- used in the under eye area to conceal and brighten my dark circles
ELF High Definition Under Eye Setting Powder- has become a Holy Grail Product for me to brighten and set my under eye concealer
Mally Beauty Eye Shadow Stick in Firework- a shimmery, gold-ish, champagne shade that I use on my eyelids and inner corners
The Balm Time Balm Concealer in Light/Medium- a medium to full coverage concealer that I use to spot conceal
MAC Brow Set in Beguile- beefs up my sparse brows
Mally Beauty Volumizing Mascara in Black- I love this mascara, it really builds up lashes quickly to give a lengthened and volumized look. I've gone through so many bottles of this, this is probably my eighth or tenth one!
Maybelline Dream Matte Powder in Sand- used to set my t-zone and an concealing that I've done. Great powder that mattifies without looking cakey or dry.
Urban Decay Naked Skin Beauty Balm- I use this as a primer and for a bit of color under my Maybelline BB Cream; the UD beauty balm doesn't provide coverage but it helps my makeup last all day.
Depending on how much time I have I may swap some products in (like Tarte's Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed instead of the Stila Convertible Color in Peony) or forgo using others but for the most part this takes me between 5 and 10 minutes to do. Do you have a go to, quick beauty routine? Do you use certain products that makes your regular routine a cinch to complete? If so, please comment below because I would love to hear about what you're using!!!
